It’s true. The more you learn the more you earn. It’s the way the system works and you cannot cheat the system. It’s the way it is.

It really doesn’t matter what you want to do in your career. The same formula holds. The more you learn the more you earn. This formula is true for every position at every level in any industry. It doesn’t matter.
I can hear some of you out there, “That’s not the way it works it’s all about who you know” okay, that might be true to some degree. We have all known someone without any “learning” that gets to step right into an “earning” position. Typically it’s some type of family business or something, but that’s not the norm.

Working hard and learning your profession is more the norm for most of us. It takes time, patience, hard work, and sticking to something long enough to get to the earning curve. The problem is, most of us quit before the earning curve kicks in! We want it faster. We want to get rich quick. We want it now!

The fact that you want it now is great. I don’t have a problem with that at all. In fact, it will help you as you’re going through this learning curve. It will motivate you to work harder to get to the earning curve. This is where you start making money. Doctor’s totally understand this system. They go through rigorous training and learning to finally become a doctor. It’s difficult, but when they finally get through it that’s when they start earning real money.

The fact of the matter is you are not alone with this system. It’s the way it works. So if you’re the type of person that goes from job-to-job and never stays in one place long enough to learn let alone earn, you need to find a home. You need to find a home for your career. Stick to it. Learn it. Love it. Live it. Once you do this then, and only then, will you finally earn what you’re worth! I hope this helps.

Good luck to you!
