Never pay upfront for a promise of a job! If you are dealing with a firm that is charging you a fee for promises of a job, it’s a job scam!

I have been in the professional recruiting business for almost 20 years now, and it’s impossible to promise any candidate a job! Impossible!

The main reason I say it’s impossible is because of all the variables you deal with when companies and candidates. The different personalities, philosophies, chemistry, company culture, and just about anything else you can think about.

Most legitimate recruiting firms operate on a “company paid fee” structure, meaning the company pays the fee for a candidate hire.

Be aware of any firm that is telling you, or better yet, promising you a job if you pay them $500, $1,500 or more. It’s impossible, unless they are going to hire you?

Now there are some legitimate firms out there that will help you with a resume, job search skills, interview skills, etc., but these firms will NEVER promise you a job.

So, be careful out there and make sure you are dealing with legitimate firms, with legitimate clients. Lookout for job scams! I hope this helps.
Good luck to you!
